Application and Enrollment Procedures
Demand
for these programs is high and space is limited. We recommend getting
in your application as soon as possible. Applications will be processed
in the order in which they are received.
Fees
All fees are listed in US dollars
and must be paid in US dollars. Due to the changing value of the US
dollar, the adjustment of fees for participants from other countries to
account for economic differences and varying exchange rates is no
longer warranted. You may pay by credit card, check, or money order. We
accept MasterCard or Visa. Make checks payable to the
Marion Woodman Foundation.

Financial Assistance
The MWF may offer financial assistance to those who wish to participate in BodySoul programs where need might otherwise prevent it. Please request this assistance in writing. Include your name, address, contact information, and occupation. State the program you wish to attend and why, and include a brief description of the financial circumstances that make enrollment difficult. Send this with completed application and enrollment forms plus deposit. Due to the generosity of our donors, we are able to increase the amount of individual awards where appropriate. Send to Dana Wherity (see address below).
Refund and Transfer Policy
For all cancellations made 8 weeks prior to the program start date, we will refund your fee less $100. Within 8 weeks of start date, we cannot refund your fee unless we can replace you in the program. We will do our best to do this. If we can replace you, we will refund your fee less $250 plus any charges incurred at the facility. Notice of cancellation must be received in writing.
If any instructor, including Marion Woodman, is unable to attend, a similarly qualified colleague will substitute and participants will be notified.
Once enrolled, if you transfer to a different program, a $100 fee will be charged, unless it is within 8 weeks to start date.
There is a $35.00 fee for any returned checks.
Continuing Education Units
Our programs offer CEUs for Marriage & Family Therapists, Social Workers and for Registered Nurses. Specific information for each course will be included in letters confirming acceptance and enrollment.
