How to Enroll
Marion Woodman Foundation Programs
Enrollment for Marion Woodman Foundation programs is by application only and can be done online. Stated prerequisites must be met in all cases. If you are not sure whether you meet the prerequisites, we encourage you to apply to explore your options.
Prerequisites
Completion of program prerequisites is vital to ensure you enroll in a program appropriate for you. These programs are intensive and rigorous and it is important that you are prepared.
Application Form
Application forms gather important information about possible health issues and/or special diets. It is essential to provide this data so we can work with our facilities to ensure your needs are met when you are in residence.
Applications are reviewed by the Program Coordinator and Faculty but are otherwise confidential. Completed applications are shared with Faculty so they have a good sense of who is attending their program and can become familiar with the group ahead of time.
3 Steps are Required to Apply
1. There are two types of applications - one is for the BodySoul Intensive programs and the other is for Seminars. Please complete the appropriate application form. Submission of form will take you to the secure online payment form.
2. Online payment form will provide a list of programs available for application. Select program you wish to attend and housing/payment option. Fees vary depending on type of accommodations selected.
3. Complete online payment form providing billing and payment information. A deposit of $250 per program is required. Balance of payment is due approximately 8 weeks prior to program start date. (You will receive a reminder of this when date approaches.) If you are applying for a program within 8 weeks of start date, full payment will be required.

Our Faculty are interested in additional professional training or personal work you have completed since the last time you participated in one of our programs. Confirmation of Enrollment
If we cannot accept you into the program to which you apply, your deposit/fee will be returned in full. This can happen if prerequisites have not been met or if the program is full. You will receive an email receipt for your payment. Once your application is reviewed, you will receive an email from the Marion Woodman Foundation confirming your enrollment.
Financial Assistance
Financial assistance is available for those who wish to attend but cannot afford full fees. If you wish to apply, go to Financial Assistance and complete the form. We will respond to let you know if assistance can be offered and if so, what amount. Students requesting financial assistance should complete the application steps described above to determine whether you meet program prerequisites.
